  • Introduction of Temperatment Theory (10-15 minutes)
  • Description of Ideal Work Roles and Temperament Styles (culture, need, limitation, motto) (10-15 minutes)
  • Presentation of Leadership Styles (10-15 minutes)
  • Developing and Understanding of Leadership Style (45 minutes) — OR —
  • Understanding Leadership Dynamics of Opposing Temperaments (30 to 45 minutes) — OR —
  • Ideal Organization by Temperament (45 minutes)
  • Wrap Up (15 minutes)
