- Description of Ideal Work Roles and Temperament Styles (culture, need, limitation, motto) (10-15 minutes)
- Presentation of Leadership Styles (10-15 minutes)
- Developing and Understanding of Leadership Style (45 minutes) — OR —
- Understanding Leadership Dynamics of Opposing Temperaments (30 to 45 minutes) — OR —
- Ideal Organization by Temperament (45 minutes)
