Find a Career Test by Scope
Select career tests based on the scope or comprehensiveness of the report. Most of our tests have different levels of comprehensiveness, helping you find the perfect scope and price for your specific needs.
At the basic level, reports only include test result charts. At the comprehensive level, multiple reports are provided which include charts, explanations, suggestions, and information for specific career paths. Depending on your situation, you may need a basic test for a general idea of the career information you are seeking, or you may need a more detailed package with information applied to your life.
A leadership career test package, for instance, is the MBTI® + FIRO® + THAB, which includes factors that determine your leadership and interpersonal skills, personal style, decision-making style, communication style, and general leadership style. Test packages often include several test consults. This is a lot of information that may be overwhelming for some, or the perfect amount for others; if you want simplicity, choose a chart report with no interpretation materials or consults.
There are 7 levels of report scope or comprehensiveness:
- 1 Star = Basic, easy career test, QUICK career assessment
- 2 Star = Moderate, good career test, SOUND career assessment
- 3 Star = Advanced, sound career test, STRONG career assessment
- 4 Star = Superior, right career test, COMPLETE career assessment
- 5 Star = Comprehensive, ideal career test, THOROUGH career assessment
- 5+Star = Topmost, perfect career test, FULL career assessment
- 6+Start = Best, ultimate career test, BEST career assessment
Keep in mind:
Star ranking does not indicate quality of assessment but quality and scope of reports.
Career is a work-life term which applies to ALL work roles – leadership, professional, student, trades, and front-line worker.
