Coaching Terms and Conditions Agreement
Welcome
Before you get started with coaching, we want you to be familiar with the following terms and conditions of this agreement between you and your coach. In order for you to get the most out of your coaching experience, it will help you to know what to expect and what is expected from you.
Fees: The fees cover the specified coaching sessions you have chosen along with the free materials and coach-on-call availability. You have the choice, however, to use all of these services or just those that you need in any given month. You are not obligated to use them all.
Charges: Credit card payments are run prior to the first session of each month or prior to sending any materials free or others to you. After the first month, credit card payments are run at the beginning of each month and you will receive an email regarding the scheduled appointment times for that month.
Discounts: A 10 percent discount is given and automatically calculated for a prepaid coaching services.. Please make certain that you select the box for full discounted payment or monthly recurring “subscription” payment when checking out.
Discount Coupons: I offer a discount coupons for referrals to both you, for future services, and to the person you referred to TestEts. Discount coupons only apply to orders placed towards services and products on the Testets website.
Retainer: Your agreement includes having your coach on retainer. This retainer structure enables your coach to provide you with top quality, services such as Coach-On-Call and free materials, without charging and tracking every last expense, and therefore, the focus is centered on you and your needs.
Refunds: By prepaying for your coaching sessions, you are reserving a space for coaching services. Please know there are only so many spaces available. If you do not use the services during a month, your money will not refunded. Sometimes, special arrangements can be made for a make-up session in the subsequent month, if space is available.
Coaching Calls: Your coach will call you at the number you provide for your coaching sessions (unless we’ve made other arrangements). Please be available on time as your coach will respect your time as well as their own. Occasionally, you or your coach will experience time schedule “glitches”. A 5 – 10 minute window has been built around your appointment to allow for minor adjustments. Please do the same with your schedule as well.
Extra Time: Our agreement includes Coach-On-Call services. This means you have access to your coach by email or fax along with very brief phone calls, between schedules sessions (no weekends, please). Send an email to your coach to secure a time with them should you wish to have a brief phone call. Use this time when you need advice, have a problem or can’t wait to share a success. Your coach is a part of your support team, and there as you need them.
Preparation: You will get the most out of your Coaching sessions if you complete the PREP FORM PRIOR to your appointment. We at TestEts truly care about your success and satisfaction and we, therefore, STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you do so.
Vacations: Clients are expected to take vacations. Your coach is expected to do the same and some, in fact, take six weeks of vacation. (Yes, your coach can work with you so you can schedule more vacations a year, too!) Your coach will work around those times by scheduling more or longer sessions before or after our vacations.
Changes: If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you need to give your coach at least a 24-hour notice. If you have an emergency, your coach will work around it. If you must cancel a session, there is no guarantee that your coach will be able to make up the time.
Minimum Term: When you agree to become a coaching client, you’re committing to an ongoing, long-term relationship with your coach. Please know all agreements begin with a three-month commitment and continue month-to-month from then on unless you make other arrangements with your coach. Your coach simply cannot be effective in coaching you unless you give your coach 3 months to help you make the changes you want to make.
Termination Clause: When you’re ready to complete your relationship with your coach, you send written documentation via email to admin@testets.com as well as to your coach informing your coach when you’ll be leaving coaching. You must send this termination notice at least a 30-day prior to terminating your coaching arrangement. This provides your coach with enough time complete the relationship on a positive note and tie up all loose ends. Please know you will be charged for the last month whether or not you use the coaching services. You cannot terminate coaching services within the initial 3 month coaching term, without making special arrangements with the principal coach of TestEts.
Client Referrals: One thing I know about consulting and coaching services is that 90% of clients come from referrals from you. If you want to refer someone to TestEts for testing, consulting or coaching services or you want to refer someone to your consultant directly, please have them contact admin@testets.com for a discount coupon by mentioning your name and the email address corresponding with your TestEts account. When they redeem their coupon, you will receive a discount coupon as well to be used towards TestEts products or services.
Coach Referrals: Should your coach hear your need for other or additional services, your coach will suggest that you find a qualified individual to provide those other and additional services to you. And, if you, at any time during the coaching process, determine that you need additional or other services, please seek out the services of a qualified individual for the services that you are needing for yourself.
Additional TestEts Services: Your success is our greatest desire, and we here at TestEts recognize that as a consumer you are not well informed about all the services or products that will truly benefit you in pursuit of your goal. Your coach, therefore, is committed to informing you of other products and services that will truly benefit you. If your coach does not suggest other products and services (free or otherwise) to you, you are entitled to a discount coupon for future products and services when you inform admin@testets.com of this omission.
Disclaimer of Liability: You are engaging the services of a Coach for the purpose of sharing her insights with respect to life skills, career changes and advancements, communications skills, business and professional objectives, networking skills, interpersonal relation-ships and/or a structure for identifying and achieving goals. The Coach has experience in such matters and agrees to render such services. The Coach is not an “Employment Agent,” “Business Manager,” “Financial Analyst,” or “Psychotherapist,” or ‘Pscyhologist”and has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not (1) procure or attempt to procure any employment, business or sales for you; or (2) perform any business management functions such as accounting services, advise on tax matters or the investment of funds or advise with regard thereto; or (3) will not act as a therapist, counseling you on or providing psychoanalysis, group therapy or behavioral therapy. The coach will, however, serve your developmental needs and will not discuss your development with anyone.
Problems: If there is ever anything that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up with your coach. Your coach has promised to do what is necessary to ensure your satisfaction, including referring you another coach if that is what it takes. We here at TestEts really do care about your success.
Agreement: By checking the box provided in the registration process, you are agreeing with and asserting that you fully understand these terms and conditions for coaching services provided to you.
