Find Career Test Based on Purpose

Clients often do not know what type of test they want, only what they want to accomplish with it or the reason for wanting a test. 

Examples include: ‘I want to get better at my job,’ or  ‘I want to move up in my company,’ or ‘I want to become a better boss and leader,‘ or ‘I want to find a college major for a career I’d like‘ are all great places to start looking for the right career test for you.

Your purpose in coming to our site and seeking a test can help you narrow down to the right test for you.

Choose career test or package for one of the following reasons or purposes:

• New Career.  You typically are unhappy in your current job or career.  You’d like to find a career you’ll be both happy and successful… and you’d like to find a job in that career.  Start here.

• Career Success and Development.  You are seeking strategies and ideas for how to improve your job performance or advance in your career.  You desire greater levels of success, and a path to that success. These career success tests are for you.

• Leadership Success:  You desire to be a more effective leader.  We many  tests for leaders, managers, employers, team leads who desier to lead and manage more effectively.  Determine the area in which you seek the greatest insights – decision-making, communication, interpersonal relations, EQ, conflict management, leadership in general.  Choose the leadership test for that area or a bundle to enhance your leadership performance more thoroughly.  We highly recommend adding leadership coaching with any test to implement changes in your life.

• Job Satisfaction, Values and Stress Reduction:  You likely are unhappy with your job – the boss, environment, load, schedule, or demands of your job. Find out what changes you need to enact to improve job satisfaction for yourself.  Find out what  factors makes you happy at work.  Take a test to know how to reduce the stress of your work environment.  We recommend career success coaching to enable you to more creatively make changes in your current job to feel more happy.  Or job coaching to change jobs – finding the right one more quickly.

• Team and Group tests: Team tests and training are designed for business applications. Group tests and workshops are designed for groups of adults or students where the results will be used primarily for their individual growth and benefit.

Coaching is especially helpful to ensure you find creative solutions to implement behavior changes needed to be successful in your various business roles.

• College and Career: Many tests are available for college students and college-bound folks. Since college requires so much of your time, energy, stress, and money – make it work for you!  Don’t waste time or money guessing your way through each year.  Find the right career direction for you and choose a college major that meets those career requirements.  Learn how to develop concrete skills and specific knowledge for that direction.  Discover how you learn  most easily so you have time to play as well. • School Success (and Learning Styles):  Discover the best ways to learn on the job or at school.  Find the right college environment in which you will thrive.

Career development and leadership training can be very subjective. I find working with subjective information unsettling and ultimately not effective.  TestEts provided the basis (and the facts) from which we were able to begin working on my career development.
